Summation - Senior Product Designer

We care deeply about design. For us, it’s both how it works and how it looks. You'll be a key player in this mission, designing best-in-class experiences for product and diverse range of apps. We're looking for a talented Product Designer with a broad design skillset. You'll translate user needs into high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes. A keen eye for detail and a design driven approach are essential to creating experiences that delight our users.

— Lead end-to-end design projects, participate in weekly design critiques, and work closely with engineers and other stakeholders

— Come up with features and improvements that ship quickly and with high-quality

— Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features

— Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction

— Help establish early processes that continue to advocate our attention to detail and design-centric approach

— Help with hiring and establishing a design culture within the company

What you'll do

— Passion for design and figuring out best-in-class solutions to UX, UI,
and interaction challenges

— 5+ years of design experience with a focus on Web and Mobile platforms

— A strong portfolio showcasing successful product designs created in
fast-paced environments

— Ability to think through complex interaction design

— Ability to express ideas through visuals and prototyping

— Deep systems thinker and experience in implementing design systems

— Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills
— Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project
