Hosted Litigation Support and eDiscovery Review Platform Meets Needs of Demanding Litigation Professionals with Enhanced Review, Production, and Administrative Tools
CT Summation, the premier provider of litigation workflow and eDiscovery solutions, today announces the growing adoption of CaseVantage by litigation support vendors and legal professionals around the world. CaseVantage—CT Summation’s comprehensive, Web-based litigation support application and eDiscovery hosting platform—is available through the Summation Hosted Provider (SHP) channel as a hosted-review platform for eDiscovery vendors and litigation professionals to expand their services and increase their customer base.
Litigation professionals, especially ones with distributed review teams, often manage a diverse set of information, and must address unique security and privacy issues. CT Summation’s CaseVantage, available independently and via the SHP partners, enables a more efficient discovery process from analysis and review to production. The software-as-a-service (SaaS) application supports widely distributed review teams and ensures tight control to the access of information. Additionally, with the increasing volumes and international reach of electronic documents, litigation is becoming increasingly global in nature necessitating the need to manage multi-lingual document sets. In addition to the most common character sets CaseVantage recognizes uncommon sets such as Turkish, Russian and Hindi.
e.Law Asia Pacific, a key provider of legal technology services within Asia Pacific, has been using CaseVantage for large matters within Australia. Rebecca Grant, head of e.courts for e.Law Asia Pacific, said, “As a litigation vendor within Asia Pacific, CT Summation CaseVantage is a global product that offers our clients a range of valuable tools to meet their eDiscovery needs, both domestically and internationally.”
CaseVantage helps manage many of the today’s challenges of litigation with features that now include more than 144 international character sets, country-specific document collections and regional security rules all on one Web-based review platform. Additional features include: • Rapid case configuration, 10-minute case creation times • Intuitive administration tools • Configurable billing scenarios at both case and client levels • Regional and user based security rules • Full Unicode compliance “CT Summation prides itself on being a truly global partner to our diverse customer base, and in doing so is committed to developing tools that help make international document management and discovery a seamless part of the review process,” said Tom Rump, general manager, CT Summation. “Litigation vendors using CaseVantage through the SHP network can now offer customers a larger breadth of valuable tools to meet both their international and domestic eDiscovery needs.”
